§ 01
General
We closely monitor Lake Ontario conditions using marine forecasts and radar. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or cancel your trip. Light rain is usually fine — but safety always comes first. The lake is typically 5–10°C cooler than shore — bring a light jacket.
Yes. Every guest has a Transport-Canada-approved lifejacket. The vessel carries a certified life raft and all required safety gear. First mate on every charter and water-sports session.
Most guests are fine. If you’re prone, take medication 30–60 minutes before departure. We carry remedies on board just in case.
Not required, but always appreciated for great service — especially when the crew goes above and beyond.
Strict zero-tolerance on every charter and water-sports session — Transport Canada regulation and our policy. No alcohol on the boat, before, or during. Guests showing impairment will be refused boarding without refund. On shore-based portions of executive adventures, alcohol is permitted on guest preference.
Yes. Our boat is equipped with a clean, private washroom for your comfort.

§ 03
Predator Control & Whitetail Bow
Because farmers and landowners need it. Coyote predation on livestock and poultry, plus the safety risk acclimated coyotes pose to people, makes population management a working necessity. Raccoons damage crops (OSCIA records them as the cause of over 50% of wildlife-related corn damage) and decimate poultry operations and wild turkey nests. We provide responsible, legal, humane intervention.
No. Predator control is wildlife management work on private ground at the landowner’s request. We follow applicable laws, treat fur-bearing mammals with respect, and uphold conservation principles throughout.
Daylight hours only — ensuring safe, ethical, and legally compliant practices at all times.
Yes, when appropriate. If you’re an experienced hunter interested in assisting with raccoon management, contact us for more information. All participants need to be properly licensed and follow the protocols we set with the landowner.
§ 04
Water Sports
Flyboarding is not available to those under 10 years of age. For wakeboard, surf, and tube sessions, contact us about age suitability for your group — we’ll match the activity to your party.
No. We have a 100% success rate getting first-timers in the air on flyboard and on the board for wakeboard/surf. Instruction is included in every session.
Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, and the Grand River in Haldimand County (about 20 minutes south of Hamilton). Most family and first-timer sessions run on the Grand River — calmer water, easier learning environment.
Yes, when run within the rules. We cap altitude at 15 feet (the risk curve goes vertical above that and we don’t take it with anyone). Helmet required. First mate watches every flight. 100% success rate, zero serious incidents on managed sessions.
No. Strict zero-tolerance policy on every session — Transport Canada regulation and our policy. Guests showing impairment will be refused boarding without refund.
§ 05
Executive Adventures
We tailor programs around your group — corporate retreats, leadership getaways, performance rewards, or private adventures. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll build around it.
The earlier the better — multi-day programs need lead time to coordinate hotels, courses, and seasonal activities. Prime dates fill quickly, especially during derby season. Contact us with your dates and we’ll confirm availability.
We work with you on rescheduling whenever possible. Weather cancellations from our side are rescheduled at no charge. Contact us to discuss your specific booking.
Yes — we coordinate catering to suit your group’s needs. Tell us about dietary requirements when you book.
We provide transportation via Custom Mercedes Vans or our new 2025 Denali Ultimate 2500. Pickups from your hotel coordinated as part of the program.
